- Types of data: names, email addresses, usernames, IP addresses, and any personal data that appears in the logs, code, tickets or databases you connect.
- People: your team, and your own users whose data appears in what you connect.
- Duration: as long as you use Skyfleet, plus the time it takes to delete the data afterwards.
3. What we commit to
- We process personal data only on your instructions: these terms, how you set up your account, and the tasks you give your agents.
- Everyone at Skyfleet who can reach your data is bound to keep it confidential.
- We keep the technical and organisational measures on our Security page in place.

- When you leave, we delete your data, or hand it back first if you ask, unless the law requires us to keep it.
- We give you the information you need to check we keep these promises, and allow a reasonable audit on notice.
4. Subprocessors
You allow us to use these companies to run Skyfleet. Each one is bound by data protection terms at least as strict as these.
| Company | What it does | Where |
|---|---|---|
| Hetzner | Hosts the Skyfleet server and its database | EU |
| Boat | Runs the cloud machine each agent works on | EU |
| Cloudflare | DNS, TLS and network protection for skyfleet.run | Global |
| Resend | Sends sign-in codes and notification emails | United States |
| Discord | Internal notifications to the Skyfleet team about account activity | United States |
We'll update this list and email account owners at least 14 days before we add a new subprocessor. If you object, tell us and we'll work it out with you, and you can end your use of Skyfleet if we can't.
Services you connect yourself, such as Claude, Codex, GitHub, Linear, Sentry, Datadog or your own databases, are not our subprocessors. You choose them, and their own terms apply.
5. Transfers outside the EU
When personal data leaves the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or another lawful transfer mechanism.
