Privacy Policy
What we collect when you use Skyfleet, why we need it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
Who we are
Skyfleet runs skyfleet.run and the Skyfleet service. For anything in this policy, email [email protected].
What we collect
- Your account: your name, email address, a hash of your password, and the team you belong to.
- What you connect: repositories, integrations such as Linear, Sentry or a database, and their settings. Credentials are encrypted.
- What your agents work on: the code, logs, errors, tickets and query results an agent reads during a task you gave it, and what it writes back.
- Security logs: sign-ins, which agent ran which query, IP addresses and times, kept to run and protect the service.
What we don't do
We don't sell personal data, we don't show ads, and we don't use your code or data to train AI models. Our website has no analytics or advertising trackers.
Cookies
We only set the cookies that keep you signed in. They're strictly necessary, so we don't ask for consent and there's no cookie banner.
Why we use it
To give you the service you signed up for, to keep it secure and fix problems, and to meet our legal obligations. The data your team connects for its agents belongs to your team: there we act as your processor, under our DPA.
Who we share it with
Only the companies that help us run Skyfleet, listed in the DPA, and the services you connect yourself. We share data with authorities only when the law requires it.
Where it's stored
The Skyfleet server and agent machines run in the EU. Some of our providers work from outside the EU, and those transfers are covered by the Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep your account data while your account is open, and delete it when you close the account, apart from what we must keep by law. Sleeping agents and their copies of your code are deleted after 7 days by default.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, to send it to you in a portable format, or to stop using it. Email [email protected]. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top and email account owners about changes that matter.
