Terms of Service
These terms are the agreement between you and Skyfleet when you use skyfleet.run and the Skyfleet service. Please read them before you start.
1. The service
Skyfleet runs AI agents on cloud machines. They read the logs, code and data you connect, find problems, and propose fixes as pull requests. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use Skyfleet for a company, you agree to them on its behalf.
2. Your account
Keep your account details accurate and your sign-in safe. You're responsible for what happens under your account and your team's. Only connect repositories, logs and databases you're allowed to share with us.
3. Your content
Your code, data and everything your agents make for you stay yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to run Skyfleet for you. We don't sell your data and we don't use it to train AI models. Our Privacy Policy and DPA say how we handle personal data.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use Skyfleet to break the law, attack or probe systems you don't own, reach another customer's data, mine cryptocurrency, send spam, or get around the service's limits. Don't resell Skyfleet without a written agreement with us.
5. AI makes mistakes
Agents can be wrong. Review every pull request, answer and query result before you rely on it. You decide what gets merged and deployed, and you're responsible for it.
6. Other services
Skyfleet works with services like Claude, GitHub and Linear. Your use of them is governed by their own terms, and some, like Claude, need your own account.
7. Fees
If you're on a paid plan, you pay the fees shown when you choose it. Agent machines are billed for the time they're awake. We'll tell you before any price change that affects you.
8. Ending
You can stop using Skyfleet at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts other customers at risk, and we'll tell you why when we can.
9. Warranties and liability
Skyfleet is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, as far as the law allows. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and email account owners about changes that matter.
