Sleep and cost

• It sleeps once nobody's typing and Claude has nothing to do.
• It wakes up in seconds when you run skyfleet <name>, ssh into it or press Resume, and Claude picks up where it left off.
• It's cleaned up after a week asleep, or whatever the environment says. Anything unpushed is saved to cb/<name> first, as long as the agent still starts. Push what matters.
• Always on keeps it awake for good, and it's never cleaned up.
• You can resize it from the Machine tile at any time.

Each agent's page shows what it has cost so far. Insights shows what the agents fixed: fixes opened and merged, how long from an alert to a pull request, and what caused the problems.
