Team account

The account alerts and webhooks run on once it's set up, so nobody lends their own Claude plan or GitHub.

Once it's set up, every alert source and webhook runs on the team account, named after your install (Skyfleet). Its Claude seat pays for the agent, its GitHub App pushes and opens the pull request, and it gets only the tools you give it. Until then, each one runs as whoever added it, and they all move to the team account the moment it's ready. Linear is different: it runs as whoever mentioned the agent.

Set it up

Press Set up on the Team account card at the top of Connections.

  1. Claude seat: press Sign in with a Claude seat set aside for the team account. Use a private window so you don't connect your own.
  2. GitHub: press Connect and pick the repos the Skyfleet GitHub App may push to. Pull requests come from <app>[bot]. Change repos picks them again.

New teams do both during setup: the GitHub App while picking the repo, and the Claude seat right after.

The GitHub App itself is set up once per install, by the install owner: Admin → Credentials → GitHub App → Create it in the browser. GitHub opens with the app filled in; press Create and you're back in Admin.

Give it tools

Each use case has Tools its agents can use: the databases and MCP servers its agents get on the team account, plus Linear when it's connected. You can only give tools you can use yourself.

When it can't start agents

If the team account is signed out of Claude or has no GitHub, its alert sources and webhooks show Can't start agents with the reason, and Fix it on Team account takes you there. Skyfleet doesn't notice when someone uninstalls the GitHub App on GitHub's side, so check it's still installed if pushes start failing.
